Description

WiiM Voice Remote — a practical guide

The original WiiM Voice Remote is a useful companion when several people use the same music system. Volume, track changes and saved favourites are available from the sofa, while four preset buttons can make a familiar station or playlist easier to reach.

AudioGuru buying advice

Check what is already in your box before adding a remote. Standard WiiM Pro treats it as an optional accessory, while Pro Plus includes one. If you are replacing a remote, share your WiiM model and a photograph of the existing remote with AudioGuru so we can check the correct version.

Connections and setup

Insert two AAA batteries, then pair the remote through the device’s Remote settings in WiiM Home. The original manual uses Source and Mute together to enter pairing mode. Alexa voice use requires the appropriate Amazon account setup on the paired WiiM device; ordinary playback buttons remain useful without relying on voice commands.

Is this Voice Remote 2?

No. This listing covers the original battery-powered Voice Remote. Remote 2 specifications and charging features do not apply.

Will it control my television or any amplifier?

It is a companion for compatible WiiM devices, not a universal television or infrared amplifier remote. Confirm the exact WiiM model with AudioGuru.

Are batteries included, and do I need Alexa?

Two AAA batteries are not included. Playback buttons can be used without voice control; Alexa functions require the relevant account and service setup.

Yes. The displayed MRP covers one unit and includes GST. Optional accessories, delivery and installation are confirmed separately in your quotation; a GST invoice is provided.

Can I discuss a demo or a project with AudioGuru?

Yes. Contact our Pune team with the model, room details and delivery PIN code. We can confirm demonstration availability and discuss the project scope before you visit or order.
