Polly Sub 8 suits a landscape system where a compact visible outlet is preferable to a conventional cabinet. It supplies the bass part of the system, while compatible satellite speakers cover the rest of the music. Magna also describes suitable planter installations, which can help when the garden design limits in-ground positions.

It is a passive subwoofer: Magna’s current specifications list an 8-inch driver, 4-ohm impedance and 100 W recommended amplification. Ask the installer to check the amplifier, crossover, cable route, drainage and access as one plan. The dimension drawing helps explain the buried enclosure; it is not a substitute for the installation instructions or a site assessment.
