Net weight follows BenQ’s current model specifications. Choose the ceiling mount for the complete installation load and follow the model’s mounting pattern and lens-shift diagram. Maximum horizontal and vertical lens shifts are not assumed to be available simultaneously.
Plan the setup
Start with screen dimensions, ambient light, seating and mounting height. Agree the source-routing and HDBaseT design with the installer, including cable specification and supported signal formats. Have the installer confirm the unit’s weight and mount load before fixing it overhead.
Package, availability and India warranty
Confirm the remote, power cord, filter, lens cover and installation documents. Mounting hardware, HDBaseT transmitter and any simulation equipment should be itemised separately.

Is its imaging chip physically native 4K?
BenQ’s shared manual specifies a 1920 × 1080 native device with 4K UHD on screen. This listing describes the 4K UHD output accurately rather than implying a physically native 3840 × 2160 chip.
Can it be installed without a site survey?
The optical range is useful for early planning, but a survey should confirm screen size, lens position, ambient light, ventilation, cabling and mount capacity. These are especially important for simulation and commercial installations.
How do I confirm price and delivery in India?
